Why We Built This Site
Georgia makes many court and agency records available, but Rabun County does not place all warrant information in one office. The court issues and controls its order. The sheriff may serve the process and maintain related agency records. Clayton, Mountain City, Sky Valley, Dillard, and Tallulah Falls keep their own municipal dockets, while Probate Court handles traffic matters assigned from GSP, DNR, and the county sheriff. A blank result from one office is therefore not clearance. The purpose of this resource is to assemble official contacts, court routes, request steps, and access limits so a reader can begin with the custodian most likely to hold the relevant record.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: official sheriff, clerk, court, and records-request channels

- Missed dates: how Rabun County and city courts handle FTA and bench-warrant questions
- Arrest process: how a Georgia court issues an arrest warrant and an authorized officer serves it
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to any Georgia court, sheriff's office, city, county, or state agency. Its limits are firm:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some content pages. They control their own data, prices, and service terms. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports operation of this resource. Those tools are independent, their results can be incomplete, and no result should be treated as an official Rabun County warrant check. Confirm status with the issuing court or Rabun County Sheriff.
